The Grizzly Junk Pros began operations in 2014, serving Fairfield, New Haven, and Westchester County. In 2021, they acquired US Carting to expand their well-known white-glove services to Westchester County and surrounding areas.

Meet The Team
Jason Randall
Operations Manager
Hailing from New Rochelle NY, Jason brings 15 years of industry experience to the Grizzly Junk Pros, and currently serves as the Operations Manager. In this role, he plans and directs the team, keeps track of the day-to-day logistics, and improves overall productivity and efficiency both inside the office and on the road. Jason strives to provide excellent customer service daily to each and every customer, and takes much pride in his growth in the management field of the business. When not at work, Jason enjoys the outdoors and working on cars, and spending time with his kids.
Ashley Banion
Administrative Coordinator
Ashley is the Administrative Coordinator for Grizzly Junk Pros. She helps keep the organization running smoothly by handling all administrative tasks, bringing 16+ years of customer service experience to the team. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and will soon have her Masters as well from Sullivan University. She is very passionate about the customer experience and does everything she can to make sure it is a great one, each and every time. Ashley resides in Kentucky with her husband and three children, and enjoys reading and spending time with family.
Mauricio Alvarado
Fleet Manager
Currently residing in Norwalk CT, Mauricio has spent the last year growing with the Grizzly Junk Pros, starting off as a driver and now serving as the Fleet Manager for the 5 trucks and over 100 dumpsters owned by the company. He has been working in the industry for 6 years, enjoying every mile spent on the road and taking much pride in being the driver to help fulfill customers’ needs. Outside of work, Mauricio loves sports, spending time with his son, and going on new adventures.
Lauren Johnson
Customer Care Extraordinaire
Lauren is the Customer Care Extraordinaire for Grizzly Junk Pros. She is the first line of defense with the company and is very passionate about helping customers to ensure they have a great experience. Lauren has enjoyed more than 3 years working in customer support. She is a huge sports fan, and in her free time enjoys being outdoors, fishing, and being with her spouse and cat in Paris, Kentucky!
